Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. This does not include holidays and weekends.
Ground Shipping is 1-2 business days after your order has been processed. This does not include holidays and weekends

We understand that packages are sometimes lost or damaged in transit; With Surify Shipping Warranty your damaged, lost, or stolen package(s) is covered.
The following situations are covered by the Surify Shipping Warranty:
- Damaged Product in transit
- Lost Package
- Stolen Delivered Product
Claims Reporting Time Frame(s)
Damaged Product:
Claims filed as damaged should be filed as soon as discovered, within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of the damaged product and package(s) are required to submit a claim. Contact our Customer Support tickets@milanodirouge.com to receive instructions on returning the Product and to receive a return label.
Lost Package: Milano Di Rouge has a 7-14 business day shipping policy.
Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier where the status is “not delivered”, must be filed 7 days after the 14th business day that the package was shipped. Essentially, 21 days (after the package was shipped) must pass before the package is considered lost.
Stolen Package:
Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” yet not received by the customer must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by the carrier as delivered. We require an official Police Report of the theft to be emailed to customer service team tickets@milanodirouge.com
Note: Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.

Milano Di Rouge is not responsible for lost or stolen items/packages. If you selected Surify Shipping Warranty on your order you are covered. If you did not select Surify Shipping Warranty you will need to file a claim through the shipping carrier.
Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
