The following situations are covered by the Surify Shipping Warranty:
Damaged Product in transit
Lost Package
Stolen Delivered Product
Claims Reporting Time Frame(s)
It is understood and agreed that the following timelines for claims transmittal must be adhered to in order for a claim to be processed:
Damaged Product:
Claims filed as damaged should be filed as soon as discovered, within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of the damaged product and package(s) are required to submit a claim. Contact our Customer Support tickets@milanodirouge.com to receive instructions on returning the Product and to receive a return label.
Lost Package: Milano Di Rouge has a 7-14 business day shipping policy.
Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier where the status is “not delivered”, must be filed 7 days after the 14th business day that the package was shipped. Essentially, 21 days (after the package was shipped) must pass before the package is considered lost.
Stolen Package:
Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” yet not received by the customer must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by the carrier as delivered. We require an official Police Report of the theft: Upload a PDF copy of an official Police report of the theft and email it to customer service team tickets@milanodirouge.com.
Note: Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.
